Planning a move overseas?  Our overseas coordinator is available to assist you in moving almost anywhere in the world.  We will be pleased to tailor our services to best suit your specific needs.

We provide a wide range of overseas services specializing in personal and household goods some of which include:

GROUPAGE CONTAINER SERVICE:

Our groupage container service takes the complications out of shipping overseas.  We will pack and pick up your shipment and deliver it to the terminal for shipping overseas  Crating is not necessary for groupage destinations.

FULL CONTAINER SERVICE:

Without a doubt the safest and most economical way to handle larger shipments.  We can arrange everything door to door or to the port to almost anywhere in the world.

LCL SERVICE:

For those shipments going to out of the way places, we can ship by LCL service, either to the port of entry or to your door.  Crating is usually required.

AIRFREIGHT:

The ultimate in speed, convenience and safety.  While higher in cost than surface transportation, the savings in time can often compensate for the difference.

AUTOMOBILES:

Whether shipping by Roll on Roll off (Ro-Ro) or in a steamship container, we can arrange the safe transit of your vehicle door to door or to port only.

INSURANCE:

Our insurance program covers your goods from the time they are picked up until they are delivered at destination, including up to 90 days while they are in storage at origin or destination, if this service is requested.  Insurance can also be extended to cover longer periods of storage on request.

DESTINATION AGENTS:

Our overseas agents are chosen through many years of experience and personal contact.  They are as dedicated to providing professional service for your customers at destination as Tender Touch is at origin.

When you contact us, provide your origin and destination city and country, and we will provide you with the most appropriate method to service your needs.  Quotations for services are dependant on your location, choice of destination, volume of possessions and transport service selected.

Overseas moves are priced based on the volume of the items you intend to ship.

Origin Surcharge:  Moving and Transportation:

Charged by local hourly rates, plus supplies or by the cubic volume depending on location of pickup and time of month of pack.

Load on skid for LCL Shipments

$ 30.00 per skid, service includes loading the shipment on the skid and shrink wrapping.

Crating for LCL Shipment or crating for specialty packing

Pressure Treated Wood.............................$ 4.40 per Cubic Foot

Minimum $ 88.00 charge per crate

$ 27.50 handling charge for loading crate

Size of crate is calculated by multiplying; length, width, and height of the shipment or item needing to be crated with an additional 1/2" added all around.

This service is for loading only.  Hauling and documentation is not included in the rate.

Includes warehouse pickup, delivery to one location in GTA with normal access, unpacking larger furniture and removal of debris.

Out of town add $ 1.98 per km.

Service does not include pickup from additional warehouses, any warehouse charges, hauling container charge, staircase, set up of brand new furniture, and disposal of lift van, which will be charged at $ 45.00 for each crate.

Storage Charges in GTA

$ .33 Per Cubic Foot per month, Minimum charge of $ 66 per month.

Warehouse Handling of Storage is $ 0.33 Per Cubic Foot, Minimum Charge of $ 66.00 per Shipment

ALL ABOVE RATES ARE BASED ON NORMAL ACCESS, UP TO 30 FT FROM A HOUSE WITH A MAXIMUM 1 FLIGHT.
