(TTM) policy that personal information such as name, addresses, email, and telephone numbers are private and confidential.  Accordingly, the personal information you provided is stored in a secured location and is only accessible by designated staff of TTM and is used only for the purposed you provide the information namely the inquiry and solicitation of our services.  If at any time you require us to remove part or all of your personal info from our data base simply fill out our customer service form found at http://www.tendertouchmoving.com/contactinfo.htm advising us of your request.  Once the request has been taken care of you will receive a follow up e-mail.

Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provided the information unless required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings.  There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

In addition, our web site tracks information about visits to the site.  We compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors, the pages frequently used and the geographical regions those inquires are made.  These statistics are used internally to better provide services and information to you, our potential customer, and these statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
