Search online for Self Storage or Public Storage in your area then call each company for rates, sizes of lockers.
Find out if the unit is indoors or outdoors and if there is heating.
It is best to visit the site and do a walk around to ensure the facility is clean and well managed. Visit the locker you plan to rent and make sure there are no holes in the walls, the roof is closed in, and the walls are solid as thin metal or loose drywall walls that move around from movement in other units can cause your furniture to shift and get damaged. You also want to ensure the units are alarmed and there is security cameras in the facility.

Another option would be to only place the items in public storage you need access to and move all the other items to our facility where everything will remain padded and wrapped until your move out
