Our unpacking service allows you to get back to a normal life as quickly as possible. We’ll unpack all your boxes or just a few if you choose, by resting your contents on a table or countertop nearby their final placement. This will allow you time to clean and organize before you put them away. When completed, we’ll even remove all the cartons and packing materials so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
If you choose Tender Touch to pack for you it is essential that we unpack as well for liability reasons. We would suggest you have us at least unpack your breakables for peace of mind.
If you choose to have Tender Touch Moving unpack boxes which you or another moving company have packed, we would be glad to offer our services but do so at “owners risk” since we didn’t do the packing in the first place.
Costs for this service begin from $34.50 per hour plus travel time on local moves. If you wish to avoid being charged the travel time for this service, book your unpacking on the same day as your move. This way once your move is complete, your movers will begin with your unpack.

When booking an afternoon time slot, we can only give an estimated start time. Actual start time will depend on the completion of the prior move.
